My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2020

A stormy day spent dodging thunderstorms but at least I was able to get in my morning run and evening walk without getting soaked. Have to say it was a good run this morning with just about 8 miles under darkening skies which wad a nice break from the usual hot and sunny weather. Hopefully Garmin will soon solve their server issues so it is easier to upload all my data.

But at least the evening skies cleared up enough for just long enough for 5 quick miles walking before it poured again to end my day.

And even gave me a little rainbow to enjoy.
