My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2020
A change of pace with an early morning walk instead of my usual Sunday run.
A bad dinner choice last night at the local Mexican restaurant wasn't a good idea as my body pays for the indulgence the next day.
Up before dawn and out with the rising sun. A beautiful morning with several other people out enjoying an early walk as well. A good pace all the way and it would be interesting to see if I can maintain a brisk walk like that in a multiday ultra down the road (like my 48 hour and 6 day races coming up late this year). Can't run continuously anyways so most would be at a fast walking pace.
Hope September breaks me out of my doldrums.
