My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2020

An up and down Monday for me but here's my Actifit report.

My morning walk was at a really brisk pace and I worked up a good sweat even though the temperatures were mild and it wad an overcast sky. Great to enjoy an early morning walk and hopefully I'll be running soon. It really is beginning to feel like Autumn to me which is wonderful. Something different about this time when the landscape begins to rest from the Summer heat and it becomes more beautiful and mellow to me. Just not as beautiful foliage as other places I've been but still nice to see the season change.

The down part is my poor Bella is having a tough time and looks like she's on her way to crossing the Rainbow Bridge soon. Her breathing is labored and it's getting harder for her to climb the steps. At least she's not uncomfortable but it's a sad, sad time for us to watch her pass on. She was the best I could ask for in a dog.
