My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2020

A decent Thursday morning road run today. Still not where I want to be as far as endurance goes but everyday I run well just gets me closer.

A rolling course for my run so my legs got a good workout and my overall pace wad good. I'll be glad when I can run 10+ miles consistently and easily. I'll most likely be driving most of the day on another dog rescue so tomorrow's run needs to be a good one ad I doubt I'll run much on Saturday.


It helps that the autumn weather is really nice and mild although some nice rainy days would be great to keep the forests safe. A big burn wad going on down in the mountains south of the city. Pretty spectacular to look at but not a good thing.

Might just run in a 12 hour ultra out in CA in a month. Flat course with a good organization. Hope it works out.
Lulu enjoyed a couple of nice trips to the dog park to play while I sat back and relaxed. Finished up the day with a 3 mile easy hike in the evening.
