My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2020
A bit tired today so my end of the week run wasn't much to brag about. Hopefully I will feel better this weekend (of course I may have to take a 'rest day' tomorrow if I do my rescue transport).
It was a fairly flat road route so not that good of a pace and it took a couple of miles before my legs felt decent. Not that great but I'm hoping that things are better in a month if I run the 12 hour.
I would really love to see a few days of some nice rain showers as the year has been so, so dry here in AZ with fires all too common. Looks like a fairly big forest fire in the Prescott Forest south if the city.
At least no local danger to us.
Fortunately the yucca are adapted to this arid area and their blossoms will provide the bees with some much needed nectar.
My legs really felt tired for my afternoon walk and since I went earlier today the warmer temperatures didn't help. I still put in an easy 4 miles before wrapping up my day with a nice rest at the dog park with Lulu.
