My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2020
I ran surprisingly well today after a long Saturday on the road across northern AZ on my doggy rescue transport.
Today's run was on a nice hilly back road loop with a couple of longer climbs and a steep, but not long, downhill halfway through. My legs felt pretty lively considering sitting in the car for all those hours yesterday (plus a couple of fresh muffins for a snack during the trip wasn't good for my diet!!). Still happy with my effort today and I'm hoping that I get to run in the 12 hour in Vegas in a month.
On the doggy front Luna is on her way from CA to FL although there was a glitch in the transport in Albuquerque but hopefully she'll be with her family again soon. What a sweetie!!!
Lulu was glad to have me all to herself today for playtime at the park so I treated her instead of my usual afternoon/evening walk for a change. Plus it was nice to sit back and relax as the sun set on a wonderful Autumn weekend.
