My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2020

Not too bad a run after working out discomfort in my sciatica when I hit the road.

After a couple of easy miles looping around a nearby neighborhood to try to loosen up my back and hips (A chilly morning and uncomfortably cold wind didn't help) I felt good enough to pick up the pace a bit on a loop through town. Not the most scenic or enjoyable route to run but still a positive note in these crappy times. At least it's nice to see the season passing quickly towards the new year.

Overall it was a good day but the lingering pain in my sciatica throughout the day is frustrating and something that could really put a hamper on my ultra plans.
A 3 mile walk as the afternoon was giving way to the evening sunset. Just one more month of these shortening days before we begin the shift towards the Spring and a better 2021.
