My Actifit Report Card: February 18 2021
A productive day after relaxing yesterday out in the backcountry scrub. My body definitely benefited from the respite yesterday.
My hip was much better this morning when I hit the road but I still kept my pace at a "slow and easy" speed anyways. A couple of short trail sections but otherwise it was more or less my usual local road loop. I did end up with a bit more discomfort down my right leg but nothing horrible (still not where I want to be).
Still cold outside
As the thermometer had a hard time getting up to 40. Quite a change from the mild weather down in the southern part of the state. Hurry up Spring!!!!
