My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2021
It was a good day as I'm "back in the saddle again" and I was able to run we'll at last.
I got off to a slow start as my right hip pain was still aggravating when I headed up the slight uphill. It took a couple of stiff miles before the discomfort just faded away like a receding wave as I hit a gentle trail loop.
The rest of my run was a gentle rolling road run loop and the only issue was a little bit of the hip pain on a downhill near the end of my run. Just glad that the pain eased up today and I'm hoping to see improvement through the week.
Tomorrow we're off early for a rock collecting trip down to Saddle Mountain west of Phoenix to spend the say hunting for fire agates. I would have loved to camp overnight down there but "someone" (ie my wife 😁) didn't think that would be fun 😭.
Oh well, maybe Lulu and I can enjoy an overnight camping trip on our own soon instead.
See you all tomorrow.

*When someone tells you that what you want to do is impossible, change the word in your head to hard. What you want to do is hard. Hard is doable – it just requires dedicated work and effort and you can make it happen.
