My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2021
A nice quiet day alone hiking all over the hills rock collecting again. Not a run but lots of good exercise scrambling up and down the hillsides.
The day started off very chilly and windy so it felt good to be moving around but once the sun got higher and the wind died down the temperature hit 75. Overall I was surprised by how much hiking I did around those hills, my legs appreciated the low impact effort and I found a few nice specimens for my efforts.
A long and tiring week out exploring nature so I'll need to catch up on my sleep and try to start getting back to some decent running (if my hip doesn't act up).
Time to sleep - can't wait until the warmer weather begins to bring out the flowers. Nice to see Mother Nature coming alive just south of us.
