My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2021
As I expected after yesterday's activity my legs would be tired and I was right but my run ended up not being too shabby.
A nice warm and sunny Spring day for a rolling loop through the quiet neighborhood across the highway. Lots of trees are now in bloom and the butterflies are common as well. Too bad the hot weather will be coming in a few months so might as well enjoy this stuff for running while I can.
My right hip was a bit tender so my stride was kind of stiff and slow at first, especially as I had an ascent about a mile in but overall I didn't feel too bad.
The afternoon was a short hike in the woods for more prospecting with Lulu. A beautiful and quiet spot with a few other people to enjoy.
Lulu had fun and I managed to find a little gold. Tomorrow it's off to historic Layman for a family travel day.
