My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2021

Not that bad of a run this morning but my legs are still a bit tired and stiff these days.

I didn't do much yesterday as we spent the day travelling over to some very remote areas to check out the historic ghost towns and poke around for some interesting rocks (and say hi to the local wildlife).

A mellow dirt loop through the nearby woods to make my run a bit more scenic and interesting although I really would need to run more miles to really cover the nice trails. Although the pace was slow I am satisfied with the effort today and hopefully can maintain a decent level for a few weeks at least.

I spent the rest of the day prospecting along Lynx Creek again with Lulu. Plenty of peaceful time to enjoy the deep forest and even snag a few tiny flakes of gold at the same time - plus Lulu enjoyed being out there as well.
