My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2021
A hot and dusty day in the arid Arizona hills with Lulu prospecting along the dry, dry creek beds.
95 degrees out in the sun while hiking along the dusty trails while Lulu watched over me from a shady spot under one of the few trees. At least I didn't have to do too much digging or heavy lifting and overall it was a tiring 3 miles or so that I hiked out there.
After I got back in the early evening and had a bit to eat I felt good enough to go out for a nice walk around the area. It was a bit slower as I headed over to a small trail not far behind our RV park. Nice and quiet and a relaxing way to put in a few miles and wrap up my day.
Time to give this old body some rest and hopefully it will be a good weekend.
