My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2021
I'm glad to see the end of a tiring week and just hope that I can regain some energy over the weekend.
My hip and knee were aching on my run but my route was flat and on the road so there wasn't too much of a strain on my joints. It's still frustrating to not feel well when I'm trying to regain a modicum of fitness in 2021 and try to get enough endurance to try long distances again. Right now I would like to end the year with an ultra so I have 6 months to see what I can do.
After my run Lulu and I spent a couple of hours at Lynx Creek again but I just felt worn out so I decided to head back early (Lulu wasn't too happy with me 😡)
No evening walk as I spent the rest of my day cleaning and throwing out stuff as my wife decided we needed to clean everything. Like I had nothing better to do today and her contribution was to sit and complain. Fun times 😝
