My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2021

It was another hot day here in Prescott. Even the breeze felt like it was coming out of an oven. 99 in the shade, 106 in the sun ☀️☀️☀️

I didn't feel up to much running this morning since the sun made the day uncomfortable early on. Even my hilly walk was hot but at least there were some welcome shade from the trees along the route. It would be nice to have some rain to clean out the air although the landscape is still beautiful. If only those clouds would drop a little rain.

My knee was a bit sore but that wasn't much of a problem walking although my pace wasn't the best I've done. Just doesn't seem as comfortable but not much that I can do.
Even the dog park was pretty much empty with only a couple other hardy mutts out and about but mostly taking it easy in what shade they could find. Lulu was content to lay under a tree while I got caught up on some reading.
Another hot day tomorrow and the next few days.
