My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2021

Good evening all my Actifit friends out there. Time for my Wednesday Actifit report.

We had a good time out exploring the backcountry this morning down near Congress. A couple of hours hiking around the hills gathering quartz crystals.

Mother Nature was kind again with cloudy skies and a nice wind so I wasn't too tired from our trip and went out for a good afternoon walk before the evening thunderstorms came through.

My legs felt good and except for a little blister annoying me on the couple of downhills it was a pretty good effort.
Let's hope the nice weather keeps up and we continue to get so.e more evening or nighttime rain to help the drought.
