My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2021
Happy and healthy Thursday to all my Actifit friends.
Today was more or less a recovery day after my long day on the road yesterday.
At least my legs weren't to bad today. I decided to just spend the day up in the forest with Lulu enjoying Mother Nature and checking out some different prospecting spots.
I didn't bother to track my activity on my forest hike. All in all I covered about 3 and a half miles today, a lot of it on single track and rocky trails along Lynx Creek. The sky was cloudy and cool and suddenly the sky turned dark with ominous clouds and a lot of approaching thunder so it wad home to sit and watch the rain come down.
Hopefully tomorrow is better.
Time to catch some more sleep.
