My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2021
A cloudy and thunderstormy day to end the week. I didn't feel too great but wad able to get in an easy afternoon hike before the rain fell.
Spent a few easy hours gold panning on Lynx Creek. The sky looked ominous with dark clouds so Lulu and I stuck close to my car. Nothing spectacular but it was beautiful scenery and plenty of wildlife to watch as well.
My hike was over the nearby Centennial Trail which runs right in back of our RV park along the side of a rocky hill. Close to the city but still quiet and peaceful for my stroll.
No one else was out on the trail so it was a tranquil couple of hours to enjoy by myself.
Looking forward to a nice weekend and hopefully a couple of actual runs.
