Ah, it felt good after a good night's sleep after my long Sunday on the road. My legs were happy to not be cramped in the car for hours.

No doggy greetings today as I had a later start to my walk (oil change for my poor car in the morning) but my legs were ready to go and I felt like adding some time on the dirt trails before heading out on the roads.
I'm happy that my pace stayed around the 4mph again even on the dirt and with the short hills thrown in
Of course I had to take Lulu to the park for a bit in the afternoon as a treat for being such a good girl on our doggy rescue drive yesterday.
