Yesterday was Monday, the first working day of the week. I have made up my mind to jog every morning for at least 10 minutes depending on the time. I was able to pick over 2,000 steps in about 10 minutes.
I proceeded to morning prayers in church and afterwards moved to the office and then embarked on a trip which took like 4 hours.
I was a great day and starting the working week that way was motivating enough.
