The day began with a sumptuous breakfast and I chosed bread, fried egg and hot tea with chocolate and milk. It was a good way to spice energy for the day.
It was a long day and we had several hours of teaching amid intermittent exercise to keep us lively and participating.
I had to do an evening walk through the environment to ease the stress at the end of the day.
I was able to record some activity count with actifit and that's how my yesterday went.
