My Actifit Report Card: June 21 2021

This shot was taken with a father and our teacher, our General Overseer during our regular Sunday ministry classss. He's dressed in the orange coloured t-shirt. It was one of the ways we celebrated father's day 2021 with him.

We meet every Sunday to get refreshed in God's word. I usually take long evening walk after th class as usual in the cool of the evening. That constituted my exercise for the day added to the dance session earlier during the worship service.
