My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2021

I wouldn't say yesterday was the happiest day but of late as far as my posting on Hive blockchain is concerned, yesterday was an awesome day. Hitting 10k actifit count was an exciting thing for me. It hasn't happened for a long time, I mean months. I really had an outdoor bound day and was conscious of ensuring I tracked the activities.

After morning chores at home I left for a meeting in my church headquarters and had to trek for about 20 minutes to where I'll board a tricycle for the journey. After the meeting which lasted for about 4 hours I did another near kilometer trek back home.

I live in a story building and climbing up and down the stairs for over 20 times daily is already a great deal of walk and exercise. Too, at the venue of the meeting, I also had to climb a 2-storey building to see my boss.

On returning, we had an evening service in church which lasted for two hours and there was lots of dance. I finished up the day with some kitchen chores and had a sumptuous dinner.
