As I told yesterday , we are in a big quarantine now , not for only me or my city, whole country. It will be for 17 days or more . We can’t walk or doing something outside. I hope it will be better for us . God helps us !

A lot of countries are planning lockdown again to control the spread these days.
Most of the countries are battling with this now. Hope things will be under control after 17 days and you guys will be able to go out again.
Don't forget to keep your activity level up by walking inside the home itself.
