My Actifit Report Card: November 4 2025 (ENG-CZE)

Hi.
I was outside with the dogs this morning.
Before lunch, I went for a longer run, and in the evening, I took the dogs to the park.

Ahoj.
Dopoledne jsem byl venku se psy.
Před obědem jsem vyběhl na delší běh a k večeru jsem šel se psy do parku.

First thing in the morning, I took Dante out, and we practiced slalom again.
Then I took Cesmína and Oggy out, and they ran around the cones.

** 🐕🐕‍🦺🐩 **

Dopoledne jsem vzal nejdříve ven Dantíka, zase jsme trochu trénovali slalom.
Potom jsem vzal ven Cesmínu a Oggyho, obíhali kužele.

I ran through the woods and hilly terrain, following all kinds of paths — from well-groomed sandy trails to nice singletracks.

** 🏃🏻 **

Běžel jsem v lese a kopcovitém terénu po všech možných cestách.
Od upravené písečné cesty až po pěkný singletrail.

In the evening, we went to meet my wife when she was coming home from work, after it had already gotten dark.

Večer jsme šli už za tmy do parku naproti manželce, když se vracela z práce.
