My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2020
What a cracking day its been. It didn't start that way, the morning mist was thick and you couldn't see more than a few feet in front of your face.
As the day progressed the sun burnt it away and the weather warmed up considerably. In fact, I'd go as far to say it's was a beautiful afternoon.
As part of my ongoing attempt to shift some pounds, I've been taking every opportunity to get as many extra steps in as I possible can.
I made it out for an hour and managed to keep my heart rate in the "fat burning zone" for the majority of it.
I think I even managed to get a swear on... Temperatures got up in the high 20's and this weekend is meant to see temps pushing 30-35*c.
I'm so lucky to live and work in such a beautiful area, where I can walk for miles and never see another living soul.
Hopefully I'll bring you some more sunny pictures tomorrow when I make it out for another gut-busting walk.
