Friday night = cheeky glass of vino. Tonight's tipple of choice is a nice drop of Cabernet sauvginon... And a nice glass it is too.

A very deserved drop, after a busy week of saving lives and getting my daily steps in.


Out again for another walk, this time I got distracted by all the wildlife around me and lost track of keepi g my heart rate up in the fat-birning zone. Never mind, it's still another few miles in the bank and another week closer towards my end weight goal.

Its been one of those weeks... Totally forgot we have 2 kids, and now the Sun's not even up and I'm watching fucking "Paw patrol" with 1/2pint and regretting last night
