Happy Monday folks. I hope your week has gotten off to a good a start as mine has?

Not to say that anything special, or particular happened, but work flew by and I got to spend some quality time with the wife and kids after work. So Monday could have been a lot worse.

Ohh yeah, did you notice 1/2pint?? Has anyone seen his blonde, flowing locks?? Me either! You see, someone found my hair clippers yesterday and decided they were a fully qualified barber. Our poor son now looks like a "thug" and not our darling little son anymore. Mrs W now spends all her time looking at his head as of it were a car crash...

Made it out for a little lunchtime jog today and some fun over the park with 1/2pint.

It wasn't a great time, but it was a good run. It shook out the cobwebs of not having been out for over a week, and it got my heart rate up to a level that is improving my all-round fitness.
