My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2020
This morning was cool and overcast, perfect for a walk.. even tho I kept a good pace I hardly even broke a sweat. Took the dog to the field and the loop by the church so he could run around unleashed.
The cranes were enjoying their breakfast, but were not too happy about us disturbing them.
...and a tiny mushroom in the field.... rained a bit on Sunday so these guys pops up all over.
Walked 5 kilometers and was back home at 8am to get ready for work.
A little slower at work today... which was good, since yesterday was crazy. Ended up with a 10 hr work day yesterday.
