My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2020
Early morning walk with the Dude today. My hubby isn’t feeling well, so he stayed at home. It was pretty chilly, but amazingly sunny!
Not sure what was going on, but after a little while Dude seemed to just wan to turn around and go back home. Finally caught up with him and put the leash on, since I wasn’t quite ready to go back home yet. No long walk today though,... only 4 kilometers.
No automaticwin today, but did score 10 000 steps and then some, before 10 pm.
Had a company come out to clean the ducts today... it was long overdue, and want to “start fresh” when we’re getting the new furnace installed in a couple of weeks. Hopefully my hubby feels better tomorrow so he can join us for the Sunday morning hike in the woods.
