I am Alive and Active Challenge (IAAC): Actifit Report: November 9 2023 A forced barbecue
I will focus on the positives as the negatives seem to attract it's kind.
I had to do a lot of cleaning especially of the freezer as there has been no light on our block for the past 5 days. It's most hurtful when your neighbours don't share in your plight and you have to use the generator.
The part according to them that is missing is a wire stolen worth more than a million naira to which the government and it's officials are both blind and deaf to what bothers us their citizens.
Oh well, as a result we had to roast the chicken after it was boiled with seasoning.
I went to get my hospital result but I met excuses. I waited for hours to be told just that
”not ready”
I went for tutoring and was mighty glad that my student’s mum could give me a ride to her residence. Returning back I took a cab to get home then I laid my bed and set to rest.
I am alive and grateful . Hope you are too.

Oh no, 5 days without light is difficult to imagine. And it doesn't seem that the stolen wire will be replaced anytime soon. But I do pray that more positives happen in the coming days, much more than the negatives :)
Indeed it is. It doesn't look like it will be replaced soon at all as the wire in question is quite pricey. People won't want to part with such large sums in these times.

Right, I've been pretty occupied IRL this past few weeks with transformation work but I'm sure I'll be able to get back to posting soon.
Hopefully, good times will come soon and people are more willing to part with large sums of money to replace this important item. So that, light can stay on again.
