LITTLE ONE BEATS ASTHMA AT AGE 8! [Jul.03.2020]🅰️🥳

Today was such a special day! I have a BIG personal announcement!

My daughter (A.K.A. Little) came on a trail run with me today! #DaddyDaughterDates

She covered half of today’s step count actually! And considering she’s suffered from virus induced asthma from the time she was age two... well I’m just so freaking proud of her! 🥺 She did it!!!

Over 30 min. of hill running and over 30 min. of walking in one go... with NO asthma!!! 🥳

From multiple PICU emergencies yearly to trail running with Daddy in 2020! My girl has out grown asthma at age 8! 😭

I just have to tell the world! All of you my Hive & @Actifit friends! I never thought this day would come... but it finally has! 😄

I’m so #Grateful & #Proud Little One! 😍

I took a bunch of photos of our cardio adventure so I’ll put them up in my next fitness report when I have some more time!

Oh wow, congratulations are in order for Little. I can only imagine how proud of her you are thinking about those m ultiple PICU emergencies. You must always encourage her to keep stepping and am sure in a few years her cardiovascular system will be fully healed and stronger than ever. I wish her all the best and you too.
