Every day we are presented with a plethora of choices.

At face value most of them don’t seem all that serious. So seriously... Why bother right?

Well not so fast!

Most of us know and are aware that some decisions we make aren’t that healthy for us... but those less than positive health concerns feel far too distant than near by. And they seem small and insignificant.

But those little daily decisions really do add up over time...

It’s easy to do what comes natural but conditioning our thoughts, changing our actions, and bettering our results doesn’t have to be difficult...

It can be a simple shift in priorities. A simple straight up trade!

  • Switching up a night of Netflix binging for an hour or two extra sleep.
  • Making healthy homemade instead of eating fast food junk food.
  • Choosing to seek out mentors and ditch toxic “friends”.
  • Turning off the T.V. to make time for physical exercise.
  • Tossing out the idea that complaining helps and instead making gratefulness a way of life.
  • Being done with blame to accept personal responsibility.
  • Taking action rather than overthinking things... again!

These are some quick examples!

So what do you think?

What’s the 1st thing you are willing to sacrifice to get what you want from life? Is it your health? Then maybe it’s time to rethink things!

Let’s face it... when it comes to prioritizing things we have all been at the cross in the roads where we are forced to select what we in truth care about.

There’s only 24 hours in a day and with EVERYTHING you gotta do that means there’s just NEVER enough time to do it all... and that means something has got to give!

Knowing this... let’s be more intentional with how we choose to make use of our time. Dropping what’s not or no longer serving us doesn’t always have to be or feel like a sacrifice.

Just get the ball rolling... Making a careful evaluation of what’s what with your day will go a long ways to helping you achieve your goals and get the results you deserve!

Wake up and dream! Think every day about what it is that you are driving at. What is it that you are going for? What are you willing to sacrifice to get there?

Being finite means that your going to have to decide... So it’s time to get real and make those choices!

Just make sure your giving up the right things... those are the decisions that will progress you towards the life you desire.

And once you have made your decision don’t doubt yourself. Just do the work(outs). Take it one step at a time!

Healthy lifestyle are worth the time you invest. Believe it (or not.)! It’s your day and only you can decide.
