2Nd running with improvements ! #POLIAC 20,326 Steps
Today I went running a second time !
3 Days before my first experience I wanted to try it again, to see if something already changed. I have a really fast organism and I often have the first result pretty quick.
As I expected it was already totally different from the first time.
The first time I stopped after only 12 minutes because I was almost dead, I totally stopped before walking and finally run again and do again and again more breaks and restarting again.
Today, I ran for 22 minutes before taking my first and only 5 minutes break of walking. Because I was getting a little tired but mostly because I finished the first round of the park, 4 Km.
After the second round I stopped.
The total run was as long as the last time but today I ran 1km more, around 1,300 step of difference.
My average heart beat was also way Higher, from 131 to 151 but my maximum came from 197 to 191.

So I can't really explain it but that was not easier just because I was knowing how to start, slower. Because I was actually faster than the last time, and was not out of breathe.
I think there may be some improvement, and maybe the last time I was lacking some water or sleep. But I really felt better this time !
After around 40 minutes I really felt a huge energy helping me to finish. I was almost getting high just thanks to endorphins

It seem like 42 it the limit until you reach more than 10 000 steps and unlock another limit. I don't know Why there is a difference so big. Even If I use my watch for actifit and count some activities I made without my phone in my pocket. And that also count me tasks like washing the dishes for exemple. But here the difference is really big. I think my phone really misses a lot of my steps while My watch catcher way more.
