My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2020

At the moment I woke up, I decided to do some sport, I started with some stretches and warm up and continued with 40 minutes of arm, abs and leg exercises.

It was really hurting but after it I felt really great and wanted to do the biggest nap of life.

I finished the editing of the clip and the ad.

I had some problèmes with the export of Le Petit Velo so I couldn't upload it on 3speak. I'll try it again tomorrow !

Today I tried to do my first @Cleanplanet in a park next to my apartment. But it appears that it was already clean where I looked for. That is a little surprising because usually it is always full of wastes.

Fortunately, it helped me to reach my 10k steps for the day.
