Today it was a huge day. I came outside for 3 hours of wandering. After that I made some baseball in a park with a friend of mine for more than an hour.

Obviously this is false, during the lockdown I'm not going outside so I made my possible to do some sports within my apartment.

Since some days I'm trying to make some leg stretching. My goal is to make a front split.

I know I will probably don't have that much ease.

I was able to do it when I was younger but now it's really difficult. My let's angle is only open at 45° so it will take a loooong time.
