Today I don't know how but I didn't do anything until 3p.m. but at this hour, i was really ready to go to do my first Jogging.
After getting the nice fresh haircut i needed since weeks I continues to another place but realized that I misspelled the address and I was at the exact opposite. I'll go tomorrow. But that made me ride more than needed and that is a real cardio training. And legs because this bike is really hard. Too heavy probably.
