100 followers on noise.cash and Arm training : 7 965 Actifit

Yesterday I tried again the same training than the previous day :

It was easier, I even made is 30 seconds faster.
I'll try to do the same today to see what happens. This would probably be more painful because I have a lot of stiffness 😅

I wish to do some extra sport today but I think I will not. I really need to go to work, I have a big editing to do and in two days I only worked 3 hours.

Even if within those 3 hours I worked fast and efficacious I need to spend more time a day if I want to finish it in a month.

At the end of the day I made a great Mushroom Terrine with Okara and I wanted to take some pictures and totally forgot. The moment I remembered I wanted was 10 minutes after finishing to eat it.

That was pretty tasty and I still got some Okara so I should try again pretty soon !

I've passed a new Great milestone on Noise.cash, I've reach 100 followers !

That's fast because yesterday when I made a post to tell you I made $20 on it in a month I was at 89 followers. 13 hours later I was at 100, I would like to continue with +10 per day !!
