Heute war ich mal wieder läuferisch unterwegs. Insgesamt bin ich zusammen mit einem Bekannten eine Strecke von rund 8,5 Kilometern in und um unseren Ort gelaufen.
Das Wetter war wieder einmal hervorragend zum Laufen. Mittlerweile benötigen wir aber zum Laufen am Abend eine Warnweste und eine Lampe um nicht ungewollt als Kühlerfigur zu enden.
Lustiges gab es heute bei uns auch in der Umgebung.
Ein 36-jähriger wurde auf der Autobahn in der Nähe der holländischen Grenze (Goch) von der Polizei angehalten und kontrolliert. Im Kofferraum hat man 340.000 Euro in Plastiktüten gefunden.
Als man den Fahrer hiermit konfrontierte gab er zum Besten, dass er nur kurz in Holland zum Einkaufen war und das Auto unbeaufsichtigt abgestellt hatte und nicht wüsste wo das Geld herkommt.
Ich war vorgestern auch kurz in Holland einkaufen (Kaffee) und habe vorsichtshalber noch mal den kofferraum kontrolliert. War aber leider leer. Ich werde mein Glück vielleicht nächste Woche noch einmal versuchen. Dann lasse ich den Wagen aber offen.

Today I was running again. All in all, I ran a distance of around 8.5 kilometers in and around our town with a friend.
The weather was once again excellent for running. In the meantime, however, we need a safety vest and a lamp for running in the evening so as not to end up as a hood ornament.
There were also funny things in the area today.
A 36-year-old was stopped and checked by the police on the motorway near the Dutch border (Goch). 340,000 euros were found in plastic bags in the trunk.
When the driver was confronted with this, he admitted that he had only been to Holland for a short time to go shopping and had left the car unattended and did not know where the money was coming from.
The day before yesterday I was briefly shopping in Holland (coffee) and checked the trunk again as a precaution. Unfortunately it was empty. I may try my luck again next week. But then I leave the car open.
