My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2020

Hallo Steemians, HivePeople und Actifitter,

So, genug der fetten und faulen Tage.

Seit dem letzten Urlaub habe ich es mal wieder ein bisschen schleifen lassen und meine Fitness zugunsten von Gebäck und anderen Verlockungen aufgegeben.

Aber mit dem heutigen Tage gilt es, den Schweinehund wieder wegzujagen und die Herrschaft über meine Fitness wieder zurück zu gewinnen.

Für diese Woche habe ich mir daher überlegt, die Strecke eines Marathons (42 Kilometer) zurückzulegen.

Also habe ich mir vorhin die Stöcke geschnappt und hierzu die erste Etappe bewältigt.

Tag 1: 6,62 Kilometer

Somit fehlen noch 42 Kilometer - 6,62 Kilometer = eine ganze Menge Kilometer.

Morgen geht es dann weiter. Dienstags allerdings meistens in Begleitung.

Well, enough of the fat and lazy days.

Since my last vacation, I've let it slide a bit and given up my fitness in favor of pastries and other temptations.

But today I have to chase the bastard away and regain control of my fitness.

For this week I have therefore considered covering the distance of a marathon (42 kilometers).

So I grabbed my sticks earlier and mastered the first stage.

Day 1: 6.62 kilometers

So: 42 kilometers - 6.62 kilometers = a lot of kilometers.

thank you for the nice word. The beginning is always the most difficult. But after the first successes, the motivation increases.
