My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2021

Nach zwei Wochen Pause bin ich heute mal wieder dazu gekommen eine Runde zu laufen. insgesamt war es eine Runde von ungefähr 9,5 Kilometer.

Zuerst sah es zwar so aus als sollte es regnen, jedoch war der Abend durchgehend trocken und somit gab es heute auch keine Ausrede.

Das schöne am Laufen ist, dass der Kopf nach dem Laufen weitestgehend wieder frei ist. Der ganze blöde Schnodder, der sich da am Tag im Büro ansammelt ist einfach weg. Ich meine der kommt morgen zwar wieder, aber für heute ist der Kopf erst einmal leer.

Heute war unsere Tochter in der Schule und hat zum ersten mal den sogenannten Lolli-Test gemacht. Da alle Proben der Kinder in einen Behälter kommen und dann gemeinschaftlich getestet werden, warten morgen früh alle Eltern auf das Testergebnis. Sollte es wieder erwartend eine positive Probe geben, müssen alle Kinder in Quarantäne.

Wir hoffen mal alle auf ein gutes Ende.

After two weeks break I got the chance to run a round again today. In total it was a round of about 9,5 kilometers.

The nice thing about running is that your head is largely clear again after the run. All the stupid snot that accumulates in the office during the day is simply gone. I mean, it will come back tomorrow, but for today the head is empty.

Today our daughter was at school and did the so-called lollipop test for the first time. Since all samples of the children come into a container and are then tested together, all parents wait tomorrow morning for the test result. If the test is positive, all children will have to be quarantined.

We all hope for a good end.
