My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2020

Today i started long walk. And today my steps are over 10k i completed 5k over in morning time then i walked in afternoon then i went for night walk after dinner.so today i scored over 10 k after long time now i have aim that daily i will do my best to walk over 10 k becasue i got high cholestrol in my body so i want to reduce it in one month so i changed my diet also and lifestyle too.
I am making experience that what things and lifestyle bring change and reduce my Ch

So hope you all will like my today achievements.
