SEMAKIN banyak kita bergerak semakin banyak pula tubuh membakar kalori. Karena itu kita sanbat disarankan untuk memperbanyak bergerak. Ada banyak hal yang bisa kita lakukan utuk menjaga agar tubuh kita lebih banyak bergerak dari pada sekadar duduk, diam atau tidur.
Hal yang paling mudah dilakukan adalah berjalan kaki kemanapun kita perlu. Semisal ketika kita di rumah ingin membei sesuatu ke warung, jangan gunakan sepeda motor atau menggunakan mobil. Jika jaraknya cukup terjangkau, sebaiknya kita cukup berjalan kaki saja.
