Hey guys,
next workout with @wil.metcalfe just finished. For today we need a broom stick, I just took my pool queue 😅

For warm up we made some Muay Thai exercises, really 😁
After we came to some special sit ups, to be honest, they were too tough for me and I think for some others as well.
The rest of the workout was very ok and professional as always.

I love how you improvised with the pool que today! I saw that @anlifit was making use of a wooden sword! THAT'S AWESOME! I wish you two would take selfies with what you workout out with today! Would that be great!? 😁

So you found the Get-Up-Situps difficult hey? I'm guessing that you had some trouble keeping your feet to the floor? Best way to counter act that is to move your feet further out from your center. That usually does the trick! Another help can be keeping the hover hand out. As well, if you must, moving the weighted arm slightly forward (just a little bit) can help. You might also attempt without the weight and gradually work your way up to the weighted exercise.
