#SublimeSunday - Happy Easter Y’all!

I love long weekends! Though it seems as if every weekend is a long weekend, here is a pictorial walk through if my sublime day. I can assure you I chose Sunday's total of 5297 but the iphone app elected to pick the zero total. No matter!

I will start how it ended so this post has a nice colourful image as the title.

It started rather slowly as I relaxed my way through the morning coffee into what I hoped would be a slow day. The garden was calling as April set in. Time to head to the garden center for a couple starting supplies.

This garden center is family run and is a great place to pick up plants, supplies and advice. I did not expect it to be open Easter Sunday and apparently I was not alone. The place was a ghost town for this reason and probably because the province announced another lockdown starting yesterday.

As I headed over to my section of choice, I spied a nice little growing tent that made me think of @davedickeyyall and @evileddy Stay on target....

This is what I was here for. A few packages of seeds to start out the garden indoors. Just a quick browse for some of the ones that sell out quickly. I will return for more hot peppers, tomatoes of choice and other herbs and veggies when I have this year's layout planned.

In a couple weeks, this green house will be swimming with sprouts and seedlings. As early as it is in the season, all you will find for now is a selection of flowers, some herbs, and a few berries.

I love the symmetry of undisturbed rows and hanging baskets obviously assembled by someone with an eye for detail.

I was lucky enough not to get into too much more but catching up with a friend over a couple of socially distanced beers.

Ah, the spring plants! It gets me so excited! We have to wait another month to plant because we can still get frost and snow until early May. I can't wait!

The beer looks very refreshing.

The beer was great! We are locked down for a month so we enjoyed a sunny outdoor visit and 6-foot discussion.

I am simply assembling components for my mini sprout growing tent and planning out what we will grow. I like to sneak up on it! ;)

Nice tent! Glad they are helping people grow..... the devil's cabbage... now that it's legal! :)

Oh!!!! Flowers! You didn't even shoutout the beauty of them! I am all about the plants and have spend days mulching and planting!

This is the best time of year, right???
