Happy New Week!
It's been a while I used my actifit app to exercise.
I decided to do that yesterday when I went down the hills for an evening stroll.
I used that opportunity to exercise a bit and have some fun as well.
It's very hilly down here and it gets tiring when you are returning. This is because you are ascending and pushing yourself up the hill.
I ran down and up the hill though I was careful not to hurt myself.
Did it for consecutive times.
I had a lovely evening, I wasn't all alone. Going for a stroll or walk isn't fun alone but with a group of people. Either one or two.
