Avoiding emotional eating can be super difficult. Finding other things to do to keep busy and distract myself usually helps. But if i do give in to my emotions and eat a little more than I should I no longer beat myself up over it. I just go lighter on eating the next day. Not deprivation just take it easy.

It's a habit and it will not go away easily. But if you consistently try, you can change it. And in order to live a healthy life, you have to stop emotional eating. Thank you so much lisamgentile1961 for your feedback!
