Cycling is sometimes considered very not modern. Especially in areas that have been urbanized, especially in Indonesia.
People seem to leave the bicycle because it is ineffective and only causes fatigue.

Though bicycles can be used as an effective sporting activity that can shrink abdominal muscles, other than that it can enjoy things around you.

That is why you should not underestimate a bicycle. Especially for those of you who still live in complex areas that are environmentally friendly, not crowded like urban residents, this is the right moment for you to use your bike more often.

No need for a long time, do as much as possible a maximum of 15-20 minutes, especially in the morning when your surroundings are not yet filled with air pollution.

While cycling, don't forget to increase your sensitivity to your surroundings. Why? Because that's also the time you can increase your creativity by capturing a variety of ideas that can come from around when you are cycling.
