Hello, dear actifitters and friends!

Daily activities, Yoga, Doggie Walking

Today I participated in the twice-weekly yoga class: it was a softer lesson than on Monday (which instead was well felt in the musculature).

I took the photos at the beach this summer: I love white flowers, a symbol of purity... and I let @cooltivar tell us which plant it is.

Attività quotidiane, yoga e passeggiata con i cani

Oggi ho partecipato alla lezione bisettimanale di yoga: è stata una lezione più soft rispetto a quella di lunedì (che invece s'era fattben sentire sulla muscolatura).

Le foto le ho scattate al mare quest'estate: adoro i fiori bianchi, simbolo di purezza... e lascio dire a @cooltivar di che pianta si tratti.

Oh, Caro @amico, sono bellissimi gigli di mare, Pancratium maritimum.
Agosto è stato il loro periodo e tutto il sud lo trovi fiorito da questi bellissimi abitanti lungo le costiere, fino i Sardegna. Bello bello, non ho ancora avuto modo di vederne uno dal vivo =/
