Citando un brano degli elio comincio questo post legato ai miei passi di actifit.

Oggi essendo mercoledì ho spezzato la mia routine mattiniera settimanale fatta di acqua e limone, poi banana e noci, con una colazione al bar.
Il mercoledì è casual... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

La giornata è passata anche in modo abbastanza fruttuoso, una di quelle giornate dove un sacco di problemi e problemini che ti seguivano da tempo vengono risolti.
